My Saturday morning started off with the best 90-minute hot yoga class in the Valentine’s spirit. We listened to an excerpt from a lecture about love, that I will probably post more about this week. It left me feeling reflective, validated, stretched, joyful. Everything you should feel on Valentine’s Day.
Then that evening, I learned to make Vietnamese spring rolls, which, though time-intensive, are absolutely delicious. Plus we had lamb, rice, Naan, and this dessert. Oh, baby.
